I am so happy with the service, I was provided with Renaissance. They are awesome, especially Erica Murray. She was great! She always answered my questions and was always pleasant. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know if I would have stayed in the program. She always reassured me that everything would be okay and they were doing their job. She’s definitely an asset.

I really enjoyed the program. I know that is weird to say but, I did. The settlements were great and I hardly received any creditor calls at all.

 

Erica was my customer support rep which, I really liked because I didn’t have to speak to a different person all the time. She always called me back and was always pleasant.

I like the fact that most of my accounts were paid off for much less than actually owed. I was disappointed that RDS was unable to negotiate with SECU (I realize RDS did all that they could).

 

I would have like more communication from RDS after faxing information.

First let me say that Henry was the best - He put me on the right track and was easy to talk too. Next in line were Angela and Ericka. They were always there for me no matter what question I had. They never made me feel like a nuances or belittled me. They are an asset to your company. They were always pleasant and made feel like the only client they had. I deal with the public everyday which isn’t an easy job. All in all my experience was the greatest it could be in this situation.

 

Again, I want to say thank you for all your help and support. I have told many people about you and my supervisor at work has signed up with you. I feel like Angela and Ericka have befriended me and I will miss speaking with them.

I WAS AT THE POINT WITH MY CREDIT CARDS THAT I WOULD WAIT TO GET 0% OFFERS IN THE MAIL AND I WOULD CONSTANTLY TRANSFER BALANCES FROM ONE CARD TO ANOTHER CARD. I WAS OF COURSE GETTING NOWHERE.

I DECIDED ENOUGH IS ENOUGH AND WENT ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND RENAISSANCE DEBT SOLUTIONS. I CALLED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO MAKE SURE THIS WAS A SOLID COMPANY. THE COMPANY’S RATING WAS EXCELLENT. I CALLED AND WAS ENROLLED BY WILL CRENSHAW. HE COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. I HAD 5 CREDIT CARDS TO BE PAID OFF WITH A TOTAL OF ABOUT $28,000.00.

HE (WILL) SET ME UP WITH AN AFFORABLE PAYMENT. IT WAS VERY UNNVERVING WHILE THE CREDITORS CALLED. BUT AS I WAS TOLD BY RDS “LET THEM HANDLE THEM”. I SAVED ABOUT $15,000.00. I DEALT WITH ERIC MURRY, WHO IS VERY HELPFUL AND CARING. I REFFERED A FRIEND AND RECEIVED $50.00 AND MY FRIEND DID THE SAME THING.

I CAN’T TELL YOU WHAT A BURDEN WAS LIFTED FROM MY SHOULDERS.

I WOULD RECOMMED THIS TO ANYONE. IT IS SO NICE TO ACTULLY HAVE THE CASH TO PAY FOR ITEMS.

I'm shocked that it actually worked. So many people tell you to stay away from credit assistance companies, but it worked!!! The trick was maintaining discipline throughout the entire process and i think this is where most people fail in resolving their credit problems.
